FAN Reading Group

Join us for our first ever FAN Reading Group meetup where we'll be discussing an essential text on post-growth fashion: Earth Logic, by Kate Fletcher and Mathilda Tham. 

"The Earth Logic Fashion Action Research Plan is a visionary and radical invitation to fashion researchers, practitioners, business leaders and decision makers to: call out as fiction the idea that sustainability can be achieved within economic growth logic; and instead to ‘stay with the trouble’ of envisioning fashion connected with nature, people and long term healthy futures." Many of you may have already read this seminal publication and if so, this will be a time to dig deeper. For those new to Earth Logic, this could not come more recommended by FAN. We'll discuss the learnings as a group and how we might implement them into our activism. 

As this is our first reading group meetup, we'll also be discussing what else we want to read this year. Please do come with ideas!
