Hi there, I'm Sara, co-ordinator and co-founder of Fashion Act Now and previously an activist with Extinction Rebellion, co-ordinating campaigns targeting the fashion industry. I'm also a Green Party member and volunteer and proud poodle mother.

Like many in this group, I worked in the industry - I founded a fashion rental company, Higher Studio, as an attempt to make the industry more sustainable. I came to realise the rate of change is not nearly fast enough. We need activists to apply pressure for a crisis response. We need much greater ambition.
